A factory reset will fully reset your Oasis device 

To Perform a Factory Reset: 

1. Locate the button on the Oasis device
2. Hold down the button and count 15 seconds until the spinning LED's turn red
3. The lights will continue to spin on your Oasis device for up to 5 minutes after you've let go of the button
4. Once the reset is completed, the Oasis device will be pulsing blue, ready to connect
5. In the Oasis Control app, tap "add new device" even if your device is listed above, and follow the instructions to re-connect
